Tennis Camp
Today was Logan's first day of a 4-day tennis camp (from 8am-10:30am).
He was a little nervous and wanted us to stay, but once we arrived he
hardly said goodbye before racing off to be with Bradon. His friends
Christian and Christina were there too. Logan seemed to have had a good
time. Logan said he was playing "skeleton ball" above. He had two tries
to hit the ball over the net; he would turn into a skeleton if he didn't get
at least one ball over the net. He said he never turned into a skeleton.
Unfortunately the morning was not so pleasant for the girls.
Elora had been up from 1am-3am throwing up. As we got out of the car,
she threw up all over the bags (including Delenn's bag of toys which
made Delenn quite sad). While we were there, Delenn played with Seth
and Connell. She kept saying she didn't feel well, but I thought she
was saying that because Elora was sick. About 10 o'clock, Elora threw
up and Melissa said she'd bring Logan home. I took the girls home,
bathed Elora and got her changed and settled when Delenn started to
throw up as well. Of course, I had to put Elora down which made Elora
upset. Anyway, it's been a busy/laundry filled day. Delenn is resting
in front of Peep (thank you Auntie Wendy and Uncle Joe!) and Logan has
been in good spirits with his morning activities, a play with some
neighbourhood kids, LaShay and Teegan, and lots of TV (the Christmas
Dinosaur -- thank you again Auntie Wendy!)
Elora seems a bit better -- and is even eating a little bit. Delenn still
isn't great (having thrown up twice in the past hour), but hopefully
it's just a 12-hour bug.
