Quiet Time Creativity

Logan's "creativity" makes me chuckle -- I was talking yesterday about
how much he gets into things (he's both curious and inventive). It
sure is nerve racking. Today during quiet time he took a plastic bottle
(that used to have sprinkles in it), added all sorts of spices from my
spice rack and filled it with water. He said he "cleaned up the mess"
-- but I'm not sure quite where this culinary creativity took place
(That's how tired I am -- I can't even look around for evidence of the
mess or pick up the disaster in his room leftover from my 20 minutes of
lying comatose on the bed!). Meanwhile his floor is (still at 10pm)
literally covered with stuff he pulled off the top of his dresser and
from the homeschool cabinet. I'm sure he was looking for something very
important and I could hear occasional crashes, but didn't have the
energy to pull myself from off the bed to check it out.
