Logan's first potty use

When we returned from our month long trip to the east coast of
Australia, Logan began expressing a lot of interest in the potty. Last
Monday, he wanted to sit on the potty and after getting on and off a
number of times actually peed in the potty! We called Daddy at work and
he told him the great news. We all hip-hip horrayed and made a big deal
out of his first success. That evening after dinner he wanted to sit on
the potty again. He brought his potty into the kitchen and kept popping
on then running off to play with toys and then returning to the potty.
Dad and Mom were chatting in the kitchen when Dad heard a noise. We
looked at each other and then at Logan and YES he had pooped in the
potty!! Since Monday he's had a number of successes with weeing, but
not really with the pooping. It would turn out to be much later, in
fact much after his baby Sister was born, before the pooping in the
potty would start to succeed.
